Caliban Computing provides technical support services to home and small business PC users in the greater Ottawa, Ontario area. A technician can service your PC in three ways:

Often a remote control diagnostic can give the technician a good picture of any problems with the customer's PC. The technician can work to resolve these problems as found, or restore control of the PC to the customer and research appropriate solutions to be applied another time.

Except as expressly provided above, there is no warranty or guarantee of merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, or any other kind, expressed or implied, with respect or implied, with respect to the services performed or parts furnished by us, and we do not, of course, make any guarantee with respect to any other part. If repairs later become necessary due to defective parts, they will be charged separately.
